For quite some time now I have been threatening to put my thoughts and ideas out in the world. I suppose now is as good of a time as any. My family and I have moved back to our home state of Michigan and I have new business beginning, on my own terms. Which is interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have chosen to feature food, fitness, and any other topic I would like to address here. Food and Fitness have been, in some way, a part of my life for my entire adult life. My hobbies center around food and fitness, my career has centered around fitness both as an employee and an employer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
